CharleeBee is a seasoned educator with over 30 years of teaching experience, whose students have long been her inspiration for tackling difficult, yet essential topics in her writing. A passionate writer, CharleeBee’s work delves into the complexities of life, drawing from her deep connection with those she teaches and her own experiences in the world.
When she’s not in the classroom or writing, CharleeBee is an avid hiker and traveler, with a personal goal of hiking on every continent. Her adventures have taken her to some of the most iconic locations on earth, including the challenging trek to Machu Picchu and the awe-inspiring journey to the Basecamp of Mount Everest. These travels not only fuel her adventurous spirit but also inspire her to explore life’s deeper meanings through her words.
Reading and writing are at the core of CharleeBee’s passions, providing her both an outlet for expression and a connection to the world around her. Married for over 40 years, she is a proud mother of two daughters and a doting grandmother to three grandchildren.
